An exciting Piano Master Class Benefit with Christopher O’Riley, classical pianist and host of National Public Radio’s From the Top, was held Sunday, March 25, 2012, Steinway Recital Hall, Steinway Piano Gallery, Tysons Corner Center, VA.

This is the best master class I’ve ever been to!

This benefit event was the afternoon portion of the program during the Musical Marathon Day. The morning event, which was free and open to the public, was the Musical Theatre Competition. Following an elegant buffet lunch, renowned pianist and host of National Public Radio’s From the Top, Christopher O’Riley provided useful critiques of five young pianists. Following the master class students and guests were able to chat with Mr. O’Riley, who sold and signed copies of his CDs, a percentage of the proceeds was donated to the Awards Fund.
